returns on custom orders: we are unable to offer refunds, but we want you to be happy. please email us at email@example.com and we'll see what we can do. if the error occurs on our end, we are happy to refund your shipping fees.
you can return any non-custom piece for store credit, minus shipping costs. your non-custom piece must be in its original condition and returned to us within 30 days of its purchase date. to initiate your return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
